Step 01 · Your design
File check and print-ready review
You upload STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ. A person checks walls, holes and fit before anything prints, and flags what should change.
A print-ready file and a confirmed price.
Prove the design fast with an FDM prototype. Then make the production run in SLS/MJF nylon. One team checks your file, prints, inspects and ships.

Step 02 · Prototype
A hot nozzle lays plastic one layer at a time. It is the quickest, lowest-cost way to get the real shape in your hand.
A physical prototype to hold, fit and test.
Step 03 · Test
Try the part in your assembly. Tell us what to change, and we update the file with you before the run.
A clear list of changes, agreed before production.
Step 04 · Production
Nylon powder is fused layer by layer in a heated bed, many parts at once. Parts come out strong, then the loose powder is removed.
Tough nylon parts, made the same way across the batch.
Step 05 · Quality check
We measure the key dimensions with calipers and look over each part. Anything out of spec is held back, not shipped.
Parts checked against the dimensions that matter to you.
Step 06 · Ship
Parts are cleaned, counted and packed so they travel safely. You get tracking as soon as the box leaves.

02The problem
Most delays happen before and between prints, not during them.
You send a file and wait. A small change means waiting again. The project sits still while nothing gets made.
The prototype comes from one shop and the run from another. Settings change, and a part that fit before stops fitting.
Thin walls, tight holes and broken meshes are found when the part is already on the bench. That costs time and material.
03Price your part
Move the sliders to see a live estimate. Your slicer shows part mass and print time. Nylon parts are priced after a file review.
Minimum order $50 applied
Nylon parts share one powder bed, so the price depends on how your part packs with others. We review the file and send a firm price.
Final price confirmed after file review.

STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ. Add the quantity and any notes on fit or finish.
We confirm the technology, material, price and lead time, and flag any changes.
FDM for prototypes and simple parts. SLS/MJF nylon for strong production parts.
Key dimensions measured, parts packed, tracking sent to you.
Nothing prints until you approve the file review and the price.
05FAQ
STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ. STEP is best when exact dimensions matter. If you only have another format, send it and we will tell you what we need.
Pick FDM for fast, low-cost prototypes and simple parts. Pick SLS/MJF nylon for strong parts, fine detail and production runs. Not sure? Send the file and we will recommend one at file review.
It depends on the part, the technology and the quantity. Your lead time is confirmed at file review, before anything prints.
It depends on the part and the material. Tell us which dimensions matter most, and we confirm what we can hold at file review.
Yes. The minimum order is $50. The estimator shows when the minimum applies.
We tell you what to change and why at file review. You can update the file yourself, or ask us to help. Nothing prints until you approve.
