Telmesh brings the sensors, doors, cameras, meters and building systems across your portfolio into one live console. See problems early, act remotely, and cut the energy, water and repair costs you can avoid.
01Interactive demo
Three buildings, 214 units and 1,856 devices, live. A kitchen leak starts on the 4th floor of Quay Tower. Acknowledge it, close the valve remotely, check the cameras, change a rule and see the savings. Click any step, or watch it play.
Sensors, doors, cameras and meters from every building stream into one console, with live numbers and the alarms that need attention first.
The live demo needs JavaScript.Click a unit on the floor plan to see temperature, air quality, leak, smoke and CO, door, occupancy, power and water, with history.
The live demo needs JavaScript. The leak sensor raises a critical alarm, the on-call technician is notified, and the water valve can be closed remotely from the alarm. Every step is logged.
The live demo needs JavaScript.See door events from every entrance, unlock remotely with confirmation, send time-limited visitor codes and lock amenities after hours.
The live demo needs JavaScript.Camera events and snapshots from your video recorder sit on the same timeline as door and sensor alarms, so you see what happened in one click.
The live demo needs JavaScript.Smoke and CO detectors, freeze and flood sensors and elevator status in one safety view, with an emergency mode that alerts everyone at once.
The live demo needs JavaScript.Visual rule chains decide what happens to every reading: filter it, raise an alarm, notify someone, send a command. Change a threshold and it applies at once.
The live demo needs JavaScript. One registry for every device, with profiles, claim-code onboarding, gateways for building systems and staged firmware rollouts.
The live demo needs JavaScript.HVAC schedules and setbacks, peak-demand alerts and per-unit sub-metering with a billing export, plus an estimate of what it is worth to you.
The live demo needs JavaScript. Each owner, association, staff member and resident gets their own access under your brand, and every action is recorded.
The live demo needs JavaScript.Business value · step 1 of 10
Every building, one live view. Each building has its own panels, apps and logins, and problems surface when a resident calls.
Sensors, doors, cameras and meters from every building stream into one console, with live numbers and the alarms that need attention first.
Business value · step 2 of 10
Find the problem down to the unit.A resident reports a cold apartment and someone walks the building to find out why.
Click a unit on the floor plan to see temperature, air quality, leak, smoke and CO, door, occupancy, power and water, with history.
Business value · step 3 of 10
Stop a leak before it reaches the floor below.A leak runs overnight until water comes through a ceiling, and the repair bill and claim follow.
The leak sensor raises a critical alarm, the on-call technician is notified, and the water valve can be closed remotely from the alarm. Every step is logged.
Business value · step 4 of 10
Open the door without driving over.Visitor codes and fobs are handled on site, and nobody can see who came in after hours.
See door events from every entrance, unlock remotely with confirmation, send time-limited visitor codes and lock amenities after hours.
Business value · step 5 of 10
The video clip, right next to the alarm.Finding footage means a separate recorder login and scrubbing through hours of video.
Camera events and snapshots from your video recorder sit on the same timeline as door and sensor alarms, so you see what happened in one click.
Business value · step 6 of 10
Know every building is safe tonight.Freeze risk, a failed sump pump or a stuck elevator is found the next morning.
Smoke and CO detectors, freeze and flood sensors and elevator status in one safety view, with an emergency mode that alerts everyone at once.
Business value · step 7 of 10
Your building rules, running day and night.Thresholds live in someone's head, and alerts depend on who happens to be watching.
Visual rule chains decide what happens to every reading: filter it, raise an alarm, notify someone, send a command. Change a threshold and it applies at once.
Business value · step 8 of 10
Add a sensor in a minute. Update hundreds at once.Devices are set up one by one in vendor apps, and nobody knows which firmware runs where.
One registry for every device, with profiles, claim-code onboarding, gateways for building systems and staged firmware rollouts.
Business value · step 9 of 10
Stop paying for energy and water nobody uses.Common areas heat all night, peaks set the demand charge, and utility bills are split by hand.
HVAC schedules and setbacks, peak-demand alerts and per-unit sub-metering with a billing export, plus an estimate of what it is worth to you.
Business value · step 10 of 10
The right view for everyone, under your brand.Owners, managers, technicians and residents share logins, or get nothing at all.
Each owner, association, staff member and resident gets their own access under your brand, and every action is recorded.
Illustration with a fictional client. Names, numbers and readings are examples. Features shown depend on the plan you choose.
02Business value
Four places owners and managers usually see value. The figures below are worked examples with the assumption shown, not promises. We build your own estimate on the discovery call.
Leak sensors under sinks, water heaters and risers raise an alarm at the first drop, and a remote valve can stop the flow.
Schedules and setbacks for common areas, and alerts before a peak sets your demand charge.
Run-hours, vibration and fault codes from boilers, pumps and elevators turn surprise call-outs into planned visits.
A dated record of alarms, responses and readings you can export for insurers, auditors and boards.
All examples use assumed figures to show the method. They are not measured results and not a guarantee of savings.
03How it connects
New wireless sensors, the building systems you already run, and the door and camera systems you rely on, connected into one platform.

06Who it is for
From one building to a portfolio. Set up and supported by a local Norwalk, Connecticut team, on site or remotely.
Telmesh connects devices over standard protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, LwM2M and SNMP. Building equipment such as boilers, meters and controllers connects through a gateway over BACnet, Modbus or OPC-UA, and wireless sensors connect through LoRaWAN, Zigbee or BLE gateways. Send us your device list and we will check it before you buy anything new.
No. Door controllers, intercoms and video recorders keep doing their job. Telmesh connects to them through an integration, so door events, remote unlock, camera events and snapshots appear in the same console. What is possible depends on the system you have, and we confirm it on the discovery call.
No. Fire alarm systems stay monitored by your licensed provider, as your local code requires. The safety view shows status from supported sensors and systems alongside it, and emergency mode helps you notify people quickly.
You do. Readings, alarms and settings belong to you, and you can export them at any time as CSV or through the API.
Traffic is encrypted, every device has its own credentials, and staff sign in with two-factor authentication. Roles limit what each person can see and do, and every change is written to an audit log.
It depends on how many buildings you have and what is already installed. We start with a discovery call, then a pilot in one building, then plan the rest of the portfolio with you, with a written timeline.
Per building, on the value you get, not per sensor. A fixed-price setup plus one monthly subscription, quoted after a free discovery call. Hardware is quoted separately.
